Therapy Sessions
Our therapy services can be provided in the home, community, school, via telehealth, or another environment that best supports your needs. This flexibility ensures therapy takes place where you feel most comfortable and where your goals can be meaningfully addressed.
After the initial assessment, your therapist will recommend a tailored therapy plan, including the ideal session frequency and duration. This ensures services align with your individual goals, daily routines, and functional needs. Costs will vary depending on this personalised plan.
A standard in-person therapy session generally includes:

To ensure fair access to appointments and maintain consistent service delivery for all clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and offer available times to other clients awaiting support.
Late Cancellations
If notice is provided less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, the full session fee will be charged. This includes all associated preparation and administrative time. This policy applies to both in-person and telehealth appointments.
No-Show Policy
If the therapist attends the scheduled location and the client is not present, with no prior communication, the appointment will be billed at 100% of the session cost, including travel and preparation time where applicable.
We understand that illness or unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you or your child are unwell or unable to attend, please notify us as early as possible so the appointment can be rescheduled and cancellation fees can be avoided.
